This intimate condo property is very clean and well run with small, comfortable rooms. They have studios with accordion doors separating the bed from the rest of the unit, or 1/1s of the same size that feel smaller to us. They say rooms will only accommodate two adults, but make exceptions for parties of three or four that include children. There are also mini-studios that are slightly smaller but only fit two adults. In an effort to keep peaceful and calm setting, there are no TVs or stereos in the units. However, they do have tablets for rent ($8/day) that give you access to a number of streaming video services. Bathrooms are tiny and most have showers only, but a few tubs are available. First-floor units are good for people with kids since some rooms are near the pool. Napili Beach is close by, though you probably don’t want to pay the extra $5 for the ocean views, which are marginal. (But what the heck— it’s only $5, and if you’re really nice, they may waive it.) Though not directly on the beach, this place is a good deal and the staff is nice. Mini-studios (420 sq. ft.) start around $175, full studios and 1/1s (450 sq. ft.) start around $205. 3-night minimum.
