Three condo buildings with the back one containing the studios with A/C; the two oceanfront buildings have the 1/1s and 2/2s. A bit less dreamy than other Napili properties. Although most units have new bathrooms and kitchens, the furniture is nothing to write home about. Most units have sofa beds. Free coffee in the office all day, and DVD players are provided in all rooms. Studios (408–470 sq. ft.) are $249 (most have pull-down Murphy beds), 1/1s (549 sq. ft.) are $399–$459 (some of these are loft-type bedrooms), 2/2s (850 sq. ft.) are $649. Some discounts available. Good ’cause those rack rates are overpriced.
