Floors 4 and up have decent but partially tree-blocked ocean views, and Kama‘ole I Beach is across the street. Double lanai rooms are desirable because the bedroom is on the ocean side. The rooftop BBQ area is “the spot” for your evening meal with its great sunset view of the ocean, and they often have parties up there during some holidays.
