It’s amazing that you can build a Maui condominium so relatively close to the ocean and manage to have virtually no ocean views. Kihei Bay Vista rooms are very clean, and some have been upgraded more than others, but the price is hard to beat. Unless you enjoy road noise, don’t bother paying extra for an ocean-view unit.
