Waikoloa Beach Villas

Finished in 2008, this property has 16 two- and three-story buildings. The units are upscale and nicely furnished. The resort is very similar to the Fairway Villas and Waikoloa Colony Villas in terms of the layouts and designs. Some condos are two-story townhouses; other two-bedroom units have a loft area that can be used as a third bedroom with limited privacy; still others are single story. There are no real ocean views here (just fairway views), and despite the name, you are far from the beach at this resort, but there is a lovely pool. 2/2 and 2/2s with loft units are 1,209–1,460 sq. ft., 3/3s are 1,725 sq. ft. Rates are decent here making it a Solid Gold Value, but watch for extra fees when booking, like the “peace of mind” fee. 4-night minimum.
