Though part of Po‘ipu Kai, it’s more upscale condo property than the rest of the complex. The resort was built in two phases (the older section—buildings 1 through 5—is described under Po‘ipu Kai Resort). Only buildings 6–9 (phase II) are described here. Units from both phases share the pools and spas. Condos are large with amenities such as granite counters, Jacuzzi tubs with separate showers in master baths and most have higher-end furniture. The only thing lacking here is a view, but these are among the nicer condos on the south shore. With that being said, newer condo properties have been added in Po‘ipu and this one isn’t a Real Gem anymore when compared to those, but it may be a bit cheaper to rent than those others. You may also hear some road noise, and you’re a good distance from the beach. The tennis courts are located in the main part of Po‘ipu Kai Resort. 2/2 units (1,340 sq. ft.) are $225–$400, 3/3 units (1,600 sq. ft.) are $300–$350, 4/3 units (1,800 sq. ft.) are $365–$515. 3-night minimum from main agent listed.
