Although each room is individually owned, all are decorated similarly in a vintage Hawaiian theme and are nicely appointed. Rooms facing the ocean in this “condotel” have unusually good views given the distance, thanks to the tranquil park between you and the water 0.3 miles away. Best views are from the eighth floor and above.
Their pool is small for this size condo complex, but it has comfy chairs, cabanas and BBQ grills. Your resort fee includes a manager’s wine and cheese reception, lei making classes, use of beach chairs, and they even let you adopt a fish for your stay (sounds more exciting than it is, but they are colorful). Overall, this is probably the best property in the immediate area.
Hotel-type rooms are 340 sq. ft., studios with kitchenette are 340 sq. ft., 1/1s are 657–746 sq. ft. and full kitchen, 2/2s are 1,126 sq. ft. with washer/dryer in unit.
