This condo complex consists of two separate (and pretty different) buildings—the larger Reef and the smaller Seaspray. They sold units as condos when the original owner moved on. With their glorious location almost across the street from Kahalu‘u Beach Park, this is a good place to stay if you have any interest in swimming, snorkeling or surfing. Easily accessible, convenient and with good underwater scenery, Kahalu‘u is the most user-friendly snorkel spot on the island and one of the few popular beginner surf spots (also one of our personal favorites).
The poolside BBQ makes a great spot to congregate after a day of exploring. A comfortable place to stay. Seahorse Luxury Suite—shares laundry facilities with one other unit. All have bedroom A/C and one has full A/C. Their starting rates haven’t gone up much, and we commend them for their stability. 1/1 units and 2/2 units are decent-sized at 675–1,200 sq. ft. 2-night minimum.
