Very small Hawai‘i Big Island condos, but for the price they’re a great deal. The Kona Isle units are extra clean, and the complex is oceanfront with very pleasant grounds. There’s a small sandy area with BBQs sprinkled about. Don’t bother checking out the oceanfront saltwater pool next door, mentioned in Sights. Oceanfront units are quite a bit pricier than others on the property. Some units may not have a phone; some have recently installed A/C. The 1/1 units are 566 sq. ft. (That number was achieved by counting the squares of tile—hey, whatever it takes.) 5-night minimum.
