This Maui condo building has most units facing the ocean. Island Sands rooms are clean but not remarkable. There is a nice big lawn by the ocean, but there’s no beach. At least the pool is on the ocean side. It’s a short walk to a sandy beach. 1/1 units are 670 sq. ft., 2/2 units are 1,010 sq. ft. 2- to 10-night minimum, depending on unit and time of year at Maalaea.
