Large well-decorated units, killer oceanside location in Kailua-Kona (you can hear the surf from all the rooms) and a tiny pocket beach make this property a winner. If your Hale Pohaku unit has A/C, you may pay extra per day for using it. The tennis court is a short paddle tennis court. Their saltwater pool is small and mostly in the shade of the lanais above it. The property only has six units, and it’s close to the road, so you may hear noise from some of your rooms. But overall, you should be happy here at Hale Pohaku. 2/2s are 1,161 sq. ft. 4- to 10-night minimum.
