At this well-laid out hotel that sits across the street from the beach, there’s a large heated pool, a keiki pool with fountains on one end and a fire pit. If you’re in dire need of a workout, maybe opt for an outdoor run over the treadmills in their small-but-functional gym. Their restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner because there are few options in the area. (The food’s not bad.) There is no alcohol sold here because the land is leased from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. However, you may go buy some and bring it back to the hotel.
Rooms have either two queen beds or one king bed, and there are some adjoining rooms. Modern baths have either walk-in showers (kings) or shower tub combos (queens). All rooms have a rolling, pull-out desk for workaholics. An acceptable place to stay and explore the North Shore. And there’s nothing wrong with acceptable, if that’s your travel style.
Rooms are 299–399 sq. ft., suites are 504 sq. ft. with a microwave.
