Well-maintained grounds at this condo with tennis and paddle ball courts (sort of mini tennis). The rooms seem to vary a lot. The two-story townhouse units have an annoying layout, but single-level 2/2 units are an acceptable value. Many of the units have been remodeled; others need updating. Buildings 1, 2, 4 and some units in 5 and 8 are your best bet for a glimpse of the ocean. The rest are strictly garden views. The agent listed rates their units into premier plus, premier, deluxe and island casual. We didn’t find much difference between premier and deluxe. Island casual units have not been updated but are still clean. Some owners have been installing a/c in either bedrooms or throughout. If this is important, you will have to ask when booking. Room safe in some units. 1/1 units (792 sq. ft.) are $200–$375, 2/2 units (1,221–1,531 sq. ft.) are $165–$570, 3/2 or 3/3 units (1,808–1,821 sq. ft.) are $385–$700. Some discounts available and they will come in handy at some of those rates. 3-night minimum.
