Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Revealed Travel Guides (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Revealed Travel Guides provides users with travel planning services, including but not limited to booking accommodations, discovering destinations, creating itineraries, and accessing travel-related information (“Services”). We act as an intermediary platform connecting users with third-party service providers.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

5. Bookings and Reservations

5.1 Third-Party Services

Bookings made through our App are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.). We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties.

5.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms of service.

5.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the third-party service providers. Please review their policies carefully before making a booking. We do not guarantee refunds for cancelled bookings.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
  • Violate or infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our permission
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the App’s functionality

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Wizard Publications Inc. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 “As Is” Basis

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information available through the App.

8.3 Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party vendors accessed through our App.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Wizard Publications Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wizard Publication Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and use practices.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration organization, except where prohibited by law.

13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Wizard Publications, Inc. (dba Revealed Travel Guides) regarding the use of the App.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
